Join us for a hands-on workshop celebrating the ‘Lunar New Year & Year the Dog‘. Artist and Asian Art Museum docent Pauline Tsui will talk about customs of the new year and demonstrate how to use a Chinese brush to paint auspicious flowers and zodiac animals. Participants will learn to paint a lucky banner and bring home an artwork to decorate their homes. All art materials will be provided. No prior art experience is required.
